Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of AC Shiners or their immediate family members are not eligible.

This giveaway is sponsored by AC Shiners, an Ohio-based business.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on November 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on November 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period:

• Follow the official AC Shiners Facebook page, and

• Tag three friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

One entry per person. Multiple comments are welcome but will count as a single entry per person.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a complete set of AC Shiner #300 lures (8 colors total). Approximate retail value: $144 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Facebook direct message within 3 days of the drawing.

• To comply with Canadian law, if the winner resides in Canada, they must correctly answer a skill-testing question (for example: 6 × 3 + 4 = ?) before being declared the official winner.

• If a selected winner does not respond within 3 days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another winner may be chosen.

7. Shipping

The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s U.S. or Canadian address (excluding Quebec).

• Canadian winners are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees assessed upon delivery.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used only for the purpose of administering this giveaway and shipping the prize.
